This assignment aims at setting up project management office for providing mobile money services to Yemen Mobile subscribers, and developing project plans, budget, and staffing. In addition, we help the client to establish a mobile money unit, define its mission, structure its hierarchical units, and design the appropriate business model to deliver the mobile money services more effectively and competitively.
