Executive Unit for Projects and Constructions at PTC Yemen

Sana’a, Yemen: The Executive Unit for Projects and Construction (EUPC) at PTC Yemen recently hosted a six-day Deming Philosophy training course. Led by Mr. Abdulfattah Al Kibsi, the 35-hour intensive program was designed for department directors, their deputies, and department heads.

The course aimed to instill the principles of continuous improvement and total quality management, central to Deming’s philosophy. Participants were equipped with practical tools to apply these principles in their daily work.
